- Shipping Rules & Restriction
We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has taken the product. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to an incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. For Indonesian customers, please check your shipping code in the “Track Order” in each logistics official website to deal with the problem.
For International customers, please check your shipping code on the DHL Website.
Free shipping (Indonesian) will be given if PLAYDATE has made a mistake in the order(s).
- Shipping Schedule
When placing your order on the PLAYDATE website, please consider that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
Please allow us 3-5 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders can only be delivered when the total payment amount is received and confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occur.
- Shipping Duration
Our delivery timescale for both domestic and international standard orders is shown below:
JAKARTA AREA. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL. Estimated delivery time: 5-15 working days after shipment.
Delays might occur during public holidays.
International Shipping:
We send with DHL depending on your location. International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

- Shipping Fee
Please refer to JNE, SiCepat, J&T official website for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
International rates may change based on the exchange rate. Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out.
Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. The weight of every item is stated on the product detail page which you can reach by simply clicking the product photo.
- Tracking your shipment
Once your order has been shipped via JNE, SiCepat, J&T (domestic) and DHL (International), you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your orders.
