- Customers must provide an unboxing video and photo as part of the claim process for any issues related to the product. The photos include; the item(s) you have received and barcode that comes with the product’s package.
- The unboxing video and photo should be clear, unedited, and of sufficient quality to accurately depict the condition of the product and its packaging upon receipt.
- The products that allowed to be exchange are upgrade sizes (if you find it too big or small). The product will be exchanged with the same product in the desired size only if the stock is available. For free size or all size product, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check size chart on the product before checkout.
- The return or exchange must be done in 3 working days from the day the customer received the package.
- PLAYDATE will only allow returns or exchanges if the Item is damaged or flawed due to manufacturing mistakes and the returns costs (normal mail) will be covered by us.
- The exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable. PLAYDATE will return the payment as store credit which then can be used to purchase other items.
- All returned products must be unworn and unwashed.
- PLAYDATE is not responsible for any loss of postage(s) during the returning of the goods.
- To initiate your exchange/return, email us at playdate.cs@gmail.com, with RETURN & EXCHANGE as the subject.
- Clothing must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed & unused with all the tags still attached & packaging included and will take 7-14 days working days from submitted request.
- Accessories must be returned undamaged with original box, dust bag with all the tags still attached.
- We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 7-14 working days.
- Refunds can only be processed if errors are made by PLAYDATE.
