When will my order be processed?

Right after payment was made and confirmed, we will shortly process them.

Do you take orders during the weekend?

Yes, we do. We will process your order on the weekend.

Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours. The following email will be sent regarding the shipping and tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Any order that has been submitted cannot be changed or canceled due to the system. We take priority in completing your order as soon as possible to fit your needs. If the order has not been processed or given to the logistic departments.

How is the shipping policy? (To be confirm) 

We offer shipping both domestically and internationally. We have various different shipping methods that you are free to choose. Please note that the orders generally take 1­-2 business days to process in the warehouse before shipping. This processing time only applied to standard ground shipping.

  • JNE Next Day

You can expect your order to arrive the next day after we place them for delivery in the Jakarta Area and 1-2 business days (outside Jakarta) when placed before 2 PM Indonesia Western Time. 

  • JNE Regular 

You can expect your order to arrive 2-3 business days when placed before 2 PM Indonesia Western Time.

  • International Shipping

You can expect your order to arrive 10-15 business days when placed before 2 PM Indonesia Western Time.
